A vibrant lifestyle awaits at the brand-new Gallery at Fort Collins

Set to open late 2025, The Gallery at Fort Collins is an exciting new community that offers a crafted, holistic approach to living for older adults. The Gallery blends an array of care options — from independent and assisted living to memory care — while celebrating the creative spirit of its residents. Located on a vibrant corner in mid-Fort Collins, The Gallery is more than just a place to live; it's an invitation to create, connect, and thrive.

“The Gallery at Fort Collins is designed to be a masterpiece of thoughtfully planned spaces and community-centered experiences,” says Bryan Sanchez, sales director. “Our residents will be able to explore their creativity, engage in rich cultural experiences, and enjoy a lifestyle that nurtures both body and mind.”

Everything at The Gallery is designed to foster individuality and a sense of belonging. The Gallery offers thoughtfully designed spaces that blend modern comforts with timeless style. These inviting spaces encourage creativity to flow, whether you're relaxing in a lush garden, participating in a watercolor class, or attending an expert-led lecture. Every detail has been crafted to cultivate a vibrant, dynamic lifestyle that residents of Larimer County desire.

Wishing Karrie Grama-Hatfield Farewell

PAFC’s Board of Directors, Steering Committee and Priority Groups wish to thank Karrie Grama-Hatfield for her boundless energy and extraordinary service to PAFC the past four years. From April 2021 through May 2025 Karrie served PAFC as Communications and Volunteer Coordinator. Among the many PAFC projects that Karrie contributed or led include the following:

• Work Force initiatives

• Tech Buddies personal training

• Lunch and Learn programs

• AI presentations

• PAFC’s Newsletter

• General program development

• Fundraising and grants

• Donor management

In addition, when the State of Colorado held its Future of Aging Conference in Loveland on June 6, 2024, Karrie was the only professional from Larimer County who was invited to speak at the prestigious event. Larimer County, the city of Fort Collins and of course PAFC were all honored for about 200+ people to hear Karrie. Her topic category addressed Workforce Opportunities Across the State for Older Adults.

Karrie is a dedicated community member, actively involved in workforce development and education initiatives. Outside of the workforce arena, she loves coaching kids' hoops, cheering on the Denver Nuggets (with a soft spot for the Showtime Lakers she grew up with), and enjoys exploring the vast outdoor activities Fort Collins has to offer with her husband Bryan and two children Levi and Lily. Karrie has truly appreciated the time she has spent with PAFC’s talented team, and she is proud of the many programs we have developed together!

PAFC wishes Karrie all continued success as the Resource Development Director at Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center in Fort Collins. Karrie has emailed us that she is going to miss PAFC very much, and she is grateful to stay connected with PAFC as a volunteer.
